New Deal Fruit carries 50 different types of cheeses. Imported provolone is aged and smoked in store. We also carry 20 different imported cheeses from Italy, some containing sheep’s milk.
New Deal Fruit also has lots of different grating cheeses ranging from strong, to mild, and Sicilian grated cheese. We also stock many different table cheeses to go with any wine you can think of. Lastly, we have a full line of cooking cheese like fontina and real scarmoza mozzarella, and any kind of slicing cheese you can think of.
